While our private tours are suitable for travellers of all ages and we can adjust the pace and activities to suit families with children or senior travellers, customer safety is always our top priority.
Although GTA Perth Travel has taken out AUD 10 million public liability insurance to protect our guests, we strongly recommend that all travellers purchase their own travel insurance for additional personal coverage.
Your insurance should cover personal injury, medical expenses, rescue and repatriation (including the flying doctor service), trip cancellation, curtailment, and protection for personal belongings (including valuables such as cameras).
Make sure to read your policy carefully and bring a copy with you. It’s your responsibility to ensure your coverage suits your needs.

No deposit is required.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place and to ensure all tour arrangements are properly confirmed and organised.

No tipping is required.
If you enjoyed our service, feel free to treat our tour leader to a coffee!

We recommend booking and completing payment at least 60 days before departure. If you’ve left it to the last minute, reach out to us directly—we’ll do our best to find you a spot in case of cancellations or extra tours.

Change to your bookings
If you wish to amend your reservation 45 days or more prior to departure, an administration fee of AUD 100 will be charged, your payment may be applied as credit towards any future booking with us, either for yourself or a nominated person. Please note that insurance premiums and amendment charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking, cancellation charges will apply as follows:
• 60 days or more before departure: 10% of the total booking cost
• 60–30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total booking cost
All cancellation charges are calculated on the total cost of the booking, excluding insurance premiums and amendment fees, which are strictly non-refundable.

Tour duration varies depending on the itinerary. We offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day tours. Full details are provided in each tour description. The exact duration will be specified in your booking confirmation.

Yes, you can book as a solo traveller. However, please contact us before making your booking. We will do our best to pair you with another solo traveller of the same sex. If no suitable sharing arrangement is available, or if you prefer not to share, a single room supplement will apply.
