Something that you may want to know
We pick up near by hotels, backpackers and apartments in the city, Northbridge and Crown Hotel in Burswood with few meeting locations. If you are staying somewhere else we can arrange collection on our way to pick up, just advise us at the time you make the booking.
What age group are the tour suitable for?
While there's no upper age limit, all travellers should selfassess their mobility and comfort. However, we can only accomadate children aged 4–6 years old, due to the child seat limitation. Please request this when booking to ensure availability.
How is the price calculated if there is overtime?
If a customer exceeds the time limit (Ｏver 10 hours), they must first pay the company AUD 120 in cash per hour as the hourly charge. According to local Australian law, the maximum working hours are 12 hours per day. Therefore, the overtime limit is up to 2 hours. The fee will be collected in advance by our staff.
How cold does it get a night?
In winter temperatures can drop to 0ºC. In summer it is usually around 20ºC. Please check weather forecasts before the tour so you can bring appropriate clothing for the conditions.
Your luggage capacity and booking requirement
Our private charter vehicle can accommodate up to 14 pieces of luggage, each with a maximum weight of 20 kg. Guests are required to notify our company after confirming their booking date, so that appropriate arrangements can be made to accommodate the luggage.
How many people are on my tour?
Although our buses have 12 seaters, to ensure a comfortable experience throughout the itinerary, we do have a maximum of 10 passengers.
Is there electricity available on the vehicle?
Our minibus is equipped with USB-C charging ports, allowing you to conveniently charge your phone while on the journey. For added peace of mind, we also recommend bringing a 10,000mAh power bank, and please don’t forget to bring your phone charger as well.
Are drinks and snacks provided?
We do not provide any snacks, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages. (Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle.)
All beverages are available for purchase at local shops, restaurants, or pubs.
Medical conditions
If you have any mobility issues or pre-existing health conditions, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before booking. Additionally, please inform us of any relevant conditions prior to your trip so that we can provide appropriate support.All travelers must complete an online health declaration at least 24 hours before departure and agree to the mandatory "Terms and Conditions" statement, certifying that you are free from illness and physically fit to participate in the trip.
