According to Australian commercial driving regulations, during the journey, staff are required to stop for a 15–30 minute break every 2–3 hours to ensure driving safety.

According to Australian commercial driving laws and insurance requirements,daily driving time must not exceed 12 hours.In regional Western Australia, services can only be conducted between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Regardless of the number of travellers, our company provides dedicated private charter services.

If travellers require charter services for 11 persons or above, please contact us separately for quotation reference.

If a private charter service is required outside the Perth metropolitan area and overnight stays are necessary for our staff, guests are kindly requested to arrange and provide accommodation for our staff. As a minimum requirement, the staff’s accommodation must be at the same address as the guests’ accommodation, in order to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience during the itinerary.

Should guests require private charter services outside the Perth metropolitan area, an additional daily meal allowance of AUD $75 per staff member will apply to cover three meals per day.
Charter fees can be arranged based on the number of travellers and requirements.

😊Customised Travel Planning Process (Please Read Through Before Enquiry):
A) Every Custom Journey Is Independently Planned by Our Professional Team
Custom itinerary is fundamentally different from a pre-designed or standardised tour.
Every custom journey is individually designed by our travel planning team based on each guest’s travel dates, duration, budget, interests, accommodation requirements and personal preferences.
A complete and feasible custom itinerary involves far more than simply putting together a list of attractions. It requires extensive preliminary research, selection of suitable attractions and activities, route and driving-time planning, distance calculations, daily itinerary structuring, verification of accommodation and activity availability, communication and coordination with local tourism operators and service providers across Australia, as well as careful verification of relevant itinerary details.
We also draw upon our team’s years of local experience in Western Australia to assess practical considerations such as road conditions, distances between destinations, travel pace and seasonal factors. Our aim is to ensure that the final itinerary not only meets our guests’ expectations, but is also realistic, practical and feasible to execute.
A genuinely personalised journey therefore requires our team’s professional expertise, experience, time and planning resources. It is not simply a matter of providing a list of places to visit.
B) Why Do We Charge an Itinerary Planning Fee?
Custom itinerary planning is an independent professional service.
Before planning officially begins, our team invests significant time in research, route design, supplier communication and overall itinerary analysis. As every guest has different requirements, these arrangements cannot simply be adapted from an existing standard itinerary.
We have also, on occasion, experienced situations where guests received a complete and carefully prepared custom itinerary but did not proceed further or provide any subsequent confirmation. As itinerary planning involves substantial preliminary work and team resources, when the service does not ultimately proceed, the time and professional resources invested by our team remain uncompensated.
To ensure that we can dedicate the appropriate level of time, attention and professional resources to each genuine custom itinerary request, an itinerary planning fee is therefore required before planning commences.
The planning fee is AUD $180–280 per person. The exact fee will depend on the duration of the journey, its complexity, the number of attractions and activities involved, and the level of research, coordination and planning required.
This fee covers the preliminary research, design and planning of a custom itinerary and is not simply an administration fee or deposit.
C) Itinerary Revision Policy
Once we have completed and provided the first full version of the custom itinerary, guests may review the proposed arrangements carefully and provide their feedback or revision requests within 7 days of receiving the itinerary.
During this period, we will make adjustments based on the guest’s feedback to ensure that the overall arrangement remains aligned with the travel direction and requirements originally discussed and agreed upon.
If, more than 7 days after the itinerary has been provided, a guest requests substantial changes to an already completed custom itinerary — such as changes to the main route, accommodation locations, attractions, activities, daily itinerary structure or other core arrangements — an itinerary revision fee of AUD $100 will apply for each additional round of substantial replanning.
This fee covers the additional work required to reassess driving routes, travel times, distances between destinations, accommodation and activity feasibility, as well as relevant information from tourism suppliers and service providers.
It is important to understand that a custom itinerary is not simply a matter of replacing one attraction with another. A single major change may affect the timing, route, accommodation location and activities across other days of the journey. As a result, substantial changes often require the itinerary to be reassessed and restructured as a whole.
Through this policy, we aim to provide clear expectations regarding the professional work and services involved in custom itinerary planning, while ensuring that every guest receives a journey that has been thoroughly researched, thoughtfully planned and realistically achievable.
